Whole Grain Oats
Packed with fiber and complex carbs, whole grain oats bring a hearty, nutty flavor with a wholesome chew to the dish.
Quinoa
High in protein and essential amino acids, quinoa provides a nutty flavor and a slightly chewy texture for added heartiness.
Apples
Rich in fiber and antioxidants, apples bring a natural sweetness and juicy brightness that balances savory or spicy flavors.
Cinnamon
With its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, cinnamon brings a warm, sweet-spiced aroma that adds depth to dishes.
Add food to bowl
Open the package and remove the oxygen absorber. Add 1/2 Cup of food into a bowl.
Add water to bowl
Add 1/3 Cup of boiling water to the bowl.
Stir and cover
Stir well and cover for 2-3 minutes. When time is up, dig in and enjoy!
Alternate Preparation
Take it up a notch by adding honey, sliced apples, or fresh berries.
