Return Policy


SATISFACTION & ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns only for purchases made directly on NutrientSurvival.com.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any product back

  • The product must be returned in reasonable condition, with a meaningful portion remaining

Limit one satisfaction return per customer.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

SHIPPING INSPECTION & DAMAGE POLICY

All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage or shipment discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a damage claim, we require clear photos of the shipping carton, internal packaging, shipping label, and affected items. All original packaging and contents must be retained until the claim is resolved, as the carrier may require inspection.

Failure to report issues within 48 hours or to provide required documentation may result in denial of the claim.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, contact us at:

If your return is approved, we will issue an RMA and return instructions.

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted or refunded

  • We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment, less:

  • Original shipping charges

  • A 10% restocking fee

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received.

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds or deny refunds for:

  • Products that are excessively used or nearly empty

  • Products returned outside the 14-day window

  • Products returned without authorization

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

  • Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers

  • Products returned without an RMA

  • Products not received by our returns facility

Due to food safety regulations, we reserve the right to refuse returns of consumable products that are not in acceptable condition.

 

THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES

Products purchased through third-party retailers (including but not limited to Walmart, Costco, Amazon, and other authorized sellers) must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.

Nutrient Survival does not accept returns or issue refunds for products not purchased directly from NutrientSurvival.com.

 

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nutrientsurvival.com or (800) 707-3526.

Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos to verify the problem.

Once confirmed, we will work with you to correct the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Important:

  • Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution

  • We reserve the right to require return of the incorrect item before issuing a replacement or refund

  • Failure to provide requested information may result in denial of the claim

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time prior to the next billing date.

By placing a subscription order, you agree that:

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription prior to renewal

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)

GIFTS

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return approval.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
