Recurring Subscribe & Save orders always ship free.
Processing & delivery
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Average transit time is 3–5 business days. Tracking numbers are sent by email.
We select the best carrier based on your location and the contents of your order. Large kits may ship in several boxes.
Alaska, Hawaii & outside the US
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available at an additional cost. Call (800) 707-3526 to arrange it.
We are not able to ship outside of the USA (yet).
Damaged, lost or missing packages
