Potato Flakes
Low in fat and high in potassium, potato flakes add a creamy, hearty texture that thickens and enriches the dish.
Sea Salt
Rich in minerals like magnesium, sea salt enhances the dish’s natural flavors with a clean, mineral tang.
Green Onion
A source of vitamin C and antioxidants, green onion adds a fresh, mildly sharp flavor with a touch of herbal brightness.
Black Pepper
Known for its anti-inflammatory properties, black pepper delivers a warm, spicy kick that amplifies other seasonings.
Add powder to bowl
Open the package and remove the oxygen absorber. Add 1/4 Cup of food into a bowl.
Add water to bowl
Add 2/3 Cup of boiling water to the bowl.
Mix well
Mix well and cook like regular potato flakes.
Alternate Preparation
Make mashed potatoes, Shephards Pie, or add more water to make a base for soups.
