PRODUCT SATISFACTION/REFUNDS
If you’re not satisfied with your first order of any product, please call 1 (800) 707-3526 or email us at support@nutrientsurvival.com within the first 14 days after receiving your order. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the remaining food back for a full refund, less shipping. Refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, after receipt of remaining food.
Note: Amount of days for refunds to appear vary by institution. Limit one per customer.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund after checking your bank account, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
