Add powder to glass
Open the package and remove the oxygen absorber. Add 1 Tablespoon of powder into a glass.
Add water to glass
Add 1 Cup (8 oz) of boiling water to the glass.
Stir well
Stir well with a spoon or use a milk frother for best results.
Alternate Preparation
Add butter and MCT oil for a boost or use powder in homemade ice cream.

We will provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the remaining food back for a full refund, less shipping.
