SATISFACTION & ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns only for purchases made directly on NutrientSurvival.com.

To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any product back
The product must be returned in reasonable condition, with a meaningful portion remaining

Limit one satisfaction return per customer.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

SHIPPING INSPECTION & DAMAGE POLICY

All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage or shipment discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a damage claim, we require clear photos of the shipping carton, internal packaging, shipping label, and affected items. All original packaging and contents must be retained until the claim is resolved, as the carrier may require inspection.

Failure to report issues within 48 hours or to provide required documentation may result in denial of the claim.

If your return is approved, we will issue an RMA and return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Once confirmed, we will work with you to correct the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Tasty and healthyer than other brands

Versatile and Convenient

I was intrigued by the products, out of nutritional concerns if an emergency occured. The Sampler Pack was the clincher but I ended up deploying it in my bail out bag. It replaced a Breakfast Skillet - Pouch with slightly larger volume with add-ins. A significant upgrade, extending capabilities for 24 hrs.

Tried the milk

Tried the milk, I’m not fond of the milk to drink but used it in a sweet potato casserole and it was great. I’ll try drinking the milk again later. Taste not what I am use to.

Wasn't quite sure about the butter until I left it in the fridge overnight. To me , there's not much difference in that and store bought. The Milk was a difference story. I liked it from the minute.I drank it and it didn't last long.

Taste is not great but ..

Taste is not great, considering it's emergency food it's ok directions should be more clear about how much water will change consistency or taste.same with portion sizes.

While taste is obviously highly subjective, over 50% of our customers are repeat customers who use our food for daily use instead of, or along side, long term storage. Our food is densely packed with nutrition without any artificial ingredients, additives, or excessive sodium and our customers still rave about the taste. That being said, not everything is for everyone and some people who try our food just don't like it.

The best.

The best . It’s a good looking and tasting bunch of emergency samples that will last an incredible amount of time should the need arise. Glad samples were available and we will buy with confidence in bulk now. Knowing how much of what based on our tastes and budget will save me money in the long run. I think trying the larger sample pack will be my next order. I’d like to see some smaller samples as these were full size servings, just to get a wider variety of samples into our vocabulary.

This stuff is good

This stuff is good, easy to prepare and delicious, I’ve had the milk before and really like it, the butter is really good as well, definitely like the eggs, will be getting more, for my emergency stash.

Taste was pretty bad

I bought the Protein Meal Sampler to try out some of these meals. I ate the Southwest scramble first and it was just pure mush. Texture was gross and the flavor was pretty bad. I have not had the desire to try the other 3 meals I got and will save them for an apocalyptic event, steer clear folks

I'm so sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the one meal you tried. Did you add the amount of water indicated in the directions? I hope you'll try the other three meals and enjoy them more. If you do, I hope you'll consider updating your review. Have a Happy New Year!

Great drink!

I really enjoyed the chocolate drink. Just need to use a blender to fully mix.

The eggs did not taste like eggs at all. The milk was ok when it was chilled. The butter would be better if it melted when warmed.

Thanks for the review, Cynthia! I'm so sorry you didn't like the eggs. Did you cook them after mixing? Some people have eaten them after mixing with warm water, which we don't recommend. But if you scramble them up, they are delicious!
