ORDERS OVER $199 SHIP FREE!*
Orders under $199 will incur a $9.99 shipping and handling fee (continental US only).
Tracking numbers will be provided via email or text. Average transit time is 3-5 business days. We will select the best carrier based on your location and the contents of your order. To request a specific carrier, please email us at support@nutrientsurvival.com.
We are not able to ship outside of the USA (yet).
*Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the continental United States. Non-Continental shipping is available at an additional cost.

Return Policy
PRODUCTÂ SATISFACTION/REFUNDS
If you’re not satisfied with your first order of any product, please call 1 (877) 633-6637 or email us at support@nutrientsurvival.com within the first 14 days after receiving your order. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the remaining food back for a full refund, less shipping. Refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, after receipt of remaining food.
Note: Amount of days for refunds to appear vary by institution. Limit one per customer.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund after checking your bank account, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If after this you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@nutrientsurvival.com.
SALE and clearance ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
