How do I sign up for a subscription?

Subscribing to your favorite product is easy! Just go to the product page for your favorite brain food, choose the flavor or size, click on "Subscribe and Save", add it to your cart, and place your order. Your subscription order will be billed and shipped to you every 30 days.

How do I manage my subscriptions?

Managing your subscriptions is easy at Nutrient Survival! To access your subscriptions, click on the head and shoulders icon in the top right corner of our website (between the magnifying glass and cart icons). Log in to your account and click on "Manage Subscriptions" in the top left corner of the account dashboard. From there, you will be able to:

  • View active subscriptions
  • View upcoming orders
  • View previous orders
  • Manage subscriptions
  • Manage addresses and payment methods

Can I change the products I subscribe to?

Managing your subscriptions is a breeze! After you log in to your account, click on "Manage Subscriptions" in your account dashboard, and then click on "Manage Subscriptions" in the right hand menu, you can click on the items you're subscribed to. From there you can:

  • Reschedule your upcoming shipment
  • Skip your upcoming shipment
  • Change the amount yo receive
  • Change the frequency of your shipments
  • Swap the product for a different one

How do I change the payment method for my subscriptions?

Updating your payment method is simple as pie! After you log in to your account, click on "Manage Subscriptions" in your account dashboard, and then click on "Address and Payment Details" in the right hand menu, you can click on "Manage Payment Methods" beneath your account info. From there you can edit or remove your credit card info.

Can I use discount codes with my subscriptions?

Subscribing to products on Nutrient Survival will give you the very best pricing on our products! Most discount codes will not work on subscription products, however occasionally we do have specials (exclusively announced in our newsletter) that will give you an additional discount ON TOP of the subscription price! Note: those extra discounts will only apply to the first order however subsequent subscription shipments will still be at 10% with FREE shipping for the lifetime of your subscription!

Will I earn Pack Rewards points for my subscriptions?
